Classroom at Main Gate:
Ease of Dive: Beginner
Dive type: Shallow Fun dive
Description: Mellow dive site at about 10 mts.
Ideal for beginners, refreshers and night dives.
Sand bed with furrows of coral reef, on the western
reef. Slope has a nice small tunnel like overhang.
Cross-Currents:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Drift Dive
Description: Drift along the coral slope on
the south-eastern reef and eventually end towards
Shark-Alley, Jr.
Double
Reefs:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Pleasure cruise
Description: The western reef split at this
point, divided by a huge highway of sand stretching
out to about 60 mts. Very unusual site with
all the sand around an arena like coral reef
at the end.
East
Channel:
Ease of Dive: Advanced
Dive type: Deep Dive
Description: A beautiful deep dive taking off
from where the Potato Patch slope ends on eastern
Kadmat...all the way to about 40 plus meters.
Clusters of fan corals and sand bottom. Great
for nose dives into the blue
Jack
Point:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Pleasure cruise
Description: On the eastern reef. Lots of dead
reef (due to the 1998 episode) but bordering
on a healthy south eastern reef: lots of fish
action mostly between tides. Rich mix of sand
and reef at this site. Shoaling jacks, fusiliers,
sweetlips, groupers, rays, eels, turtles.

(Classroom):
Ease of Dive: Beginner
Dive type: Shallow Fun dive
Description: Another shallow site on the eastern
reef bordering on the Potato Patch. Ideal for
beginners & refreshers. Sand bed very close
to the eastern shore and cruise from here usually
ends on the potato patch.
Mosque
Reef, Amini Island:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Reef Dive
Description: NEW SITE at the adjacent island
with pristine reefs and abundant fish life.
20 minutes away on our new 80 h.p. boat, usually
a 2-tank dive.
North Cave / North Tip:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Pleasure dive
Description: A series of overhangs and shallow
caves along the wall towards the northern side
of Kadmat. Good vis mostly, resting turtles,
lots of fish. North Tip has a huge stretch of
sand on the left and sloping reefs on the right.
Lots of lionfish, rays, groupers.
Shark
Alley, Jr.
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Mild drift dive / pleasure cruise
Description: Shallows off from the senior namesake.
Dive alongside the reef slope as it shallows
off from 25 to 09 mts. Lots of groupers, small
to medium sharks, eels, and black coral in places,
lobsters and turtles. Mostly a busy dive site.
Shark
at Alley, Sr.
Ease of Dive: Advanced
Dive type: Deep Dive
Description: Discovered by accident, this dive
is shark heaven mostly. We spotted tiger and
guitar sharks here apart from the regular nurse,
grey reefs, white + black tips. Large schools
of Jacks, Tuna, and Rays. Blissful deep dive
to about 40 mts.free fall thru the blue till
about 25 mts before you even see the shelf.
Fan corals about too.
The
Cave:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Shallow Cave dive
Description: A small cave at about 18 mts. with
lots of fish and anemones about. Lionfish, eels
and lots of shoaling fishes.
The
Potato Patch:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Pleasure Dive
Description: Huge patch of Pillar Coral starting
from 08 mts to about 30 mts. Always a pleasure.
Schooling snappers, sweetlips and the occasional
rays. Nice sand patches in between to settle
down and inspect the crevices. Lots of macro
stuff in the coral.
The
Wall:
Ease of Dive: Intermediate
Dive type: Drift dive on a steep wall
Description: Great dive!! entry on the shallow
western shelf at 09 mts and can dive along a
huge stretch of the wall going down to 30 mts.
Beautiful soft corals, overhangs and a mild
drift. BIG turtles are the main attraction here
